Job Description
• Review all machines for assembly for 28MY and 29M CEP Cyclone programs.
• Review all machines for assembly for GEMBA and CAFM items.
• Collect shipping paperwork of Assembly and Test equipment and provide to PTME for PAR documentation.
• Support the development of all Quality documentation per launch readiness.
• Develop and manage open issues list for the responsible machines.
• Manage within master timing charts with corrective actions and recovery plans identified where needed.
• Review Workstation Readiness during each program milestone and work to close out open issue by coordinating trades and materials, creating AutoCAD layouts, drawings, and working on assembly aids and error proofing
• Support all Production Trial Runs and daily Whiteboard meetings during Rate of Climb.
• Work on cycle time reduction actions and process rebalancing as needed.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $40/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 3+ years of experience working as a manufacturing engineer or process engineer
• Industry experience: automotive or automation but open
• Experience working with engines, transmission, or assembly
• Assembly experience: automation, conveyors
• Troubleshooting experience, more problem solving, working with plant teams and trades for parts issue • Programming experience
• CAD skills, for equipment layout, shuffling things around
