Bio-Rad is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (100%) for its site in Cressier/FR. This is a 9-months temporary position to cover a maternity leave.

Qualification/Validation:Lead on qualification/validation strategy and developmentExecution of qualification/validationWork with external companies to drive specific qualification/validation projectsProject Management:Manage development and continuous improvement projects related to the functionDevelop a Lean Six Sigma approach to its activitiesDocument Management: Keeps the documentation of the related activities up to dateSupport Calibration coordination tasks and projectsWhat you bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.3 -5+ years of experience in validation/qualification in a GMP environment (medical diagnostic/food industry/pharmaceutical).Good project management skills. Resilient, pragmatic and analytical thinking.Expertise in GMP requirements.Strategic thinker and effective negotiator.Effective communicator at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across cultures and with diverse functions.You are a native French or German speaker with an excellent knowledge of the other language; English language skills are a plus.
