Job Description

Join a fast-growing med-tech company and help optimize production of innovative radiation-protection systems. In this hands-on role, you’ll spend time on the manufacturing floor driving process improvements, designing fixtures and tooling, and ensuring products are built efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality. Collaborate closely with operations, quality, supply chain, and R&D to support current production, lead validation activities, and contribute to new product introductions in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Update and write routings, processes, procedures, and SOPs.Engage in hands-on work on the manufacturing floor.Work on modeling templates and designing fixtures using SolidWorks.Build products, improve processes, and develop SOPs by deconstructing assemblies in SolidWorks.Collaborate with various departments to support production and new product introductions.

Essential Skills

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.Proficiency in SolidWorks, Grand Ave, Fishbowl, and MS Office.Experience in process improvement and facility layout.Strong skills in writing processes and procedures.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with assembly and manufacturing procedures.Ability to drive process improvements and design fixtures and tooling.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
