Responsibilities:
Support new product introduction by creating and developing manufacturing system concepts
Collaborate with design engineers and production teams to quote, specify, order, debug, receive, install, and runoff new production equipment
Maintain and improve current systems and equipment through analysis and troubleshooting to maximize production and efficiency
Partner with advanced engineering and equipment suppliers to design and configure new equipment and upgrades to meet specifications and quality standards
Demonstrate project management and technical expertise in execution of engineering projects
Support and advocate for continuous improvement through equipment/process design, training, and participation in plant-level activities
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, including knowledge of manufacturing philosophy and techniques
Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques
Strong problem-solving ability, judgment, and independent thinking skills for troubleshooting and quality assessment
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Skills:
Experience in project management for equipment installation and system upgrades
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and practices
Hands-on experience with new product introduction processes
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
