Join a fast-growing med-tech company in Roseville, MN, and help optimize production of innovative radiation-protection systems. In this hands-on role, you’ll spend time on the manufacturing floor driving process improvements, designing fixtures and tooling, and ensuring products are built efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality. Collaborate closely with operations, quality, supply chain, and R&D to support current production, lead validation activities, and contribute to new product introductions in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
ResponsibilitiesUpdate and write routings, processes, procedures, and SOPs.Engage in hands-on work on the manufacturing floor.Work on modeling templates and designing fixtures using SolidWorks.Build products, improve processes, and develop SOPs by deconstructing assemblies in SolidWorks.Collaborate with various departments to support production and new product introductions.
Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.Proficiency in SolidWorks, Grand Ave, Fishbowl, and MS Office.Experience in process improvement and facility layout.Strong skills in writing processes and procedures.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with assembly and manufacturing procedures.Ability to drive process improvements and design fixtures and tooling.
Work Environment
The role is fully on-site, situated in a manufacturing and office setting. The dress code is casual, and you will be the only Manufacturing Engineer on the team. Enjoy the dynamic and growing environment of a small medical device company, with the added benefit of stock options.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
-\tClass I Device, they also sell a Class II disposable but do not manufacture it
-\tProjected to have $17M in revenue this year, growth up to $40M in 2026
-\tLooking to add a ME, QE, and Quality Technician due to doubling in size within the next year
-\tBrand new facility they moved into in July – 24,000 sqft
