Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Manufacturing Engineer to lead and support high-impact process improvement projects. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of engineering initiatives—from justification and planning to implementation and validation—while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage high-value process improvement projects, including:Engineering justificationEquipment specification and vendor selectionPlanning, purchasing, implementation, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)Conduct engineering analyses to optimize complex manufacturing processes and improve product quality.Contribute to the design and layout of manufacturing equipment and plant facilities for improved efficiency.Propose and support the development of operational sequences and fabrication procedures for tools and equipment.Design and refine manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth technology transfer from R&D to production.Validate that all required modifications, programs, and bulletins are implemented in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.4+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.Additional Information

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
