Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role involves interpreting plans, critically analyzing feasibility, and managing the flow of drawings for production launches. You will be responsible for defining manufacturing stages, evaluating execution times, and providing technical support to our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities + Interpret plans and critically analyze feasibility of projects. + Manage and prioritize the flow of drawings for production launch in the factory. + Define manufacturing stages of components and write specifications for manufacturing and assembly of parts and sub-assemblies. + Evaluate required execution time for manufacturing projects. + Fill in and use the ERP system for purchase requests, order tracking, and maintenance of production processes. + Provide technical support to manufacturing teams. + Participate in organizing testing and assembly phases. + Contribute to the organization and provision of projects in the workshop. + Determine efficient workflows to ensure smooth operations. + Establish methods for maximum utilization of production resources. + Determine sequences for disassembling and shipping machines. + Perform any other related duties as required. Essential Skills + Manufacturing engineering expertise. + Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including large assemblies, process flow, facility layout, and lean manufacturing. + Proficiency in CAD software. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Excellent ability to read and visualize 2D drawings. + Strong problem-solving skills and a penchant for innovative solutions. + Good planning and coordination abilities. + Demonstrates autonomy and rigor in performing duties. + Effective communication skills with employees and different departments. + Initiative and creativity. + Teamwork capability. + Experience with Autocad, machining, welding, assembly, process flow, corrective actions, and quality management. + Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. The dress code is business casual. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
