Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for project support focused on reducing scrap, optimizing productivity, and implementing lean manufacturing techniques.

Requirements:

US Citizen or Green Card holder (ITAR facility) Experience in root cause corrective actions Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering technology

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Kaizen events and VSM Roadmaps Proficiency in RBS tools and facilitator certifications Experience with DMAIC problem-solving tools

Responsibilities:

Reduce waste and variation to minimize non-conformances Design efficient, ergonomic, and safe work stations Stay updated on new manufacturing techniques and equipment Lead continuous improvement initiatives Develop and implement cost reduction projects

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
