Job Description

Provide technological support for the production line. Starting production processes. Identification and implementation of savings projects. Prepare technological documentation. Conducting training for device operators. Develop material and time standards. Specification and acceptance of new machines, devices, processes. Cooperation with engineers from other departments in the field of issues related to the production of industrial automation components.

You will report to the COMPONENT ME SUPERVISOR, role is located in Katowice, Poland.

Work model : Onsite workplace

Your Responsibilities:

Provide technological support for the production line,Launch, manage, and improve production processes,Prepare technological documentation,Conduct training for equipment operators,Develop material and time standards,Specify and commission new machinery and equipment,Collaborate with engineers from other departments on issues related to the production of industrial automation components.

The Essentials - You Will Have

Higher technical education in electrical, mechanical, or related fields ( Prefered)Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position,Very good command of English,Experience in a manufacturing company based on ERP systems (e.g., SAP),Experience using "Problem Solving" tools, conducting experiments in production processes (DoE), and statistical process control methods, confirmed by examples,Knowledge of FMEA, PCP, PFD processes, and process capability assessment methods,Knowledge and practical ability to use the analytical capabilities of Microsoft Office,Read technical drawings,Energy, creativity, and a focus on goals, tasks, and collaboration,Conscientiousness

Additional advantages:

Experience in Value Stream Mapping,Experience in managing projects implementing new production processes,Work with IT systems integration in a production environment,SEP G1.3 certification (for operating electrical devices and testers),Knowledge of the directive ATEX,
