Job Description
Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer, where you will play a vital role in supporting installations, new launches, and special or capital projects. You will be responsible for the execution of engineering strategies and new product launches, developing priorities and objectives in cooperation with site management teams, and overseeing their implementation. Your efforts will drive continuous improvements throughout the plant, focusing on scrap and downtime reduction. Proficiency in Solidworks and CAD is essential.

This position operates primarily on the 1st shift from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on consultant needs. Expect to spend 80% of your time on the manufacturing floor and 20% in the office. The role involves working in a cleanroom environment, though some facility areas are not temperature controlled. You may need to sit or stand for extended periods, occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, and walk 10,000+ steps daily. Steel-toed boots are required on the manufacturing floor. The ability to work 40-50 hours per week to support new product launches is necessary, and up to 5% domestic and international travel may be required. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.47/hr.
