Manufacturing Engineer
Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Industrialization group supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuation Engineering project teams. **Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer | 6 months contract (potential to extend or become DH) **Location:** Twinsburg, OH **Pay Range:** **What's the Job?** + Actively serve as the Industrialization representative on NPI/Continuation Engineering project teams. + Collaborate with the Development team to transition PCB assembly from development to manufacturing. + Identify assembly equipment, tooling, and fixture requirements, supporting procurement, installation, and validation activities. + Participate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) analyses. + Lead prototype and pilot activities in PCB Assembly Operations, including setting up machines and troubleshooting assembly issues. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent education. + A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Demonstrated understanding of the New Product Introduction process. + Proficiency in Project Management, Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA), and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. + Good written and verbal communication skills in English. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on innovative projects in a dynamic environment. + Collaborative team culture that values diverse perspectives. + Professional growth and development opportunities. + Engagement in meaningful work that impacts product quality and efficiency. + Chance to contribute to a sustainable and safe manufacturing process.
