Ecolab is seeking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Roscoe, Illinois. As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be accountable for developing, executing, and supporting production and testing of new and existing product lines.

What You Will Do:

Apply engineering skills and experience to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost by planning and executing engineering projects while meeting project cost and schedule objectives

Support efforts to identify areas within the operations function where safety, quality, delivery, and cost may be improved

Conduct feasibility studies, determine manpower, complete cost estimates and execute capital projects in support of new or expanded business opportunities.

Develop engineering criteria to plan and drive projects from approval through execution and achievement of objectives

Work with others to ensure projects conform to local, regional, national, and corporate safety, environmental, and other applicable standards

Support technical efforts to develop and integrate manufacturing processes for new and significantly revised products

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant field of study

2 years of experience in an equipment manufacturing and assembly, chemical, food, or similar manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment, preferably with expertise in electrical systems and controls

Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferred

World class manufacturing and TPM experience

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $72,700.00 - $109,100.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
