A Manufacturing Engineer is sought to take on the critical role of conducting capacity analysis, creating value stream maps, and designing floor layouts. This position requires a keen understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to optimize workflows for enhanced efficiency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that drive productivity. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, the role will involve designing tools and fixtures that support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should: + Possess a strong background in engineering principles and be adept at translating concepts into practical designs. + Have familiarity with industry standards and best practices in tool design will be essential for success in this position. + Have experience with 3D printing technology is highly desirable, as it will contribute to innovative design solutions and rapid prototyping efforts. The manufacturing engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet operational requirements and align with overall production goals.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within the organization. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering degree, or similar. In absence of degree, 1 2 years related experience. + Working knowledge of how to read and interpret mechanical drawings and parts lists. + Background with tool and fixture designing. + Background conducting capacity analysis, creating value stream maps, and designing floor layouts + Have comprehensive user knowledge of computers and software in general. + Organized and detail oriented to be able to integrate all requirements for an end product. + Experience generating and dispositioning product nonconformances. + Have strong written communication skills. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience. + Familiarity with blueprints. + Previous Methods Writing a plus. + 3D Printing. + Test Yield Analysis. + Value stream maps. + Process and Quality audit experience. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $70828 - $120408 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
