In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: The process quality, performance and reliability of PCBA are analyzed and verified, and corresponding analysis reports can be issued for faulty PCBA. Be familiar with data acquisition tools such as oscilloscopes to assist in completing analysis reports. Be responsible for evaluating and assessing the production capacity of electronic component and PCBA suppliers, and put forward improvement suggestions for the unreasonable selection of electronic components or the unreasonable setting of process parameters. Be responsible for the quality monitoring of the production process and finished products on the production line within the factory, as well as problem analysis etc. Other tasks been assigned by leaders. Comply with the ESH laws and regulations and internal ESH rules/instructions, actively participate in safety trainings, identify and take improvement actions to reduce or eliminate the risk/ hazard. For This Role, You Will Need: Possess professional knowledge in the PCBA industry, three years' above working experiences in the PCBA related fields, with a background in electronics/communication technology or related fields. Be familiar with the entire process and technological requirements of PCBA manufacturing, and understand the equipment requirements related to PCBA production and manufacturing. Be familiar with the knowledge of analog electronic circuits and digital circuits. Be familiar with electronic circuits and the characteristics and applications of electronic components, be able to understand circuit diagrams and be well-versed in the functions and characteristics of each circuit module. Be familiar with C language, single-chip microcomputer or any one of Labview/Python and other languages. It is necessary to rely on programming languages to carry out relevant data collection, analysis and other tasks. Strong hands-on ability is required. Candidates with experience in the development and design of electronic product hardware are preferred. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Ability to read in English documents and emails, and a certain level of oral expression skills are required.
