What you'll be doing:  

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.

We’d love to hear from you if:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
