Develop and execute digital manufacturing strategy, integrating AI, IoT, and automation. 2. Optimize production processes using data analytics, predictive maintenance, and smart factory solutions. 3. Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deploy scalable digital tools. 4. Lead change management and upskill teams in digital manufacturing technologies. 5. Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with industry standards. **Job Requirements:** 1. Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing management, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in smart manufacturing mgmt., with a proven track record of leading and transforming global manufacturing processes. 3. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. 4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. 5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated success in driving operational excellence. 6. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in the manufacturing sector. 7. Experience in international manufacturing operations, with a focus on supply chain management and global compliance. 8. Ability to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 9. Fluent English, both written and spoken 10.
