Manufacturing Data Entry Specialist

This is an on-site Data Entry contract role based in Parma, ID, supporting a major software transition to SAP. Applicants must be located within a comfortable commuting distance to be considered. The position runs through June 2026 and involves a mix of desk and floor work in a manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing Data Entry Specialist Details:

Contract position$22.00 /hourFirst ShiftPerform accurate and high-volume data entry into SAP and other ERP/MRP systemsSupport system migration efforts by registering, reviewing, and updating data across manufacturing operationsUtilize warehouse management systems, including barcode scanning, tablet input, and electronic trackingCollaborate with team members to support floor operations as needed (starting at approx. 20% floor presence, may increase to 40%)Assist with training of personnel on new processes and system usageIdentify and resolve data-related issues using problem-solving skillsUtilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) to manage and report on data sets

Manufacturing Data Entry Specialist Qualifications:

Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExperience with SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems strongly preferredPrior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operationsFamiliarity with warehouse management tools such as barcode scanning and tablet-based entryAbility to support and potentially train personnel on system processesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
