Manufacturing Customer Service Supervisor

Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Supervisor with experience in customer service supervision within a manufacturing setting.

Requirements:

Customer Service Supervision experience in manufacturing HS Diploma with 5+ years of experience or BS Degree in Business with 2-3 years of experience Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools Experience communicating company products and policies Experience with Supply Chain related to Customer Service operations

Preferred Skills:

Strong client-facing skills Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

Improve customer service experience and engage customers for organic growth Set clear customer service mission and deploy strategies to achieve it Manage, lead, and train Customer Service Representatives and export compliance representatives Investigate and assist in solving product and service complaints

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
