Customer Service Supervision experience in Manufacturing HS Diploma with over 5 years of relevant experience or BS Degree in Business with 2-3 years of experience Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools Strong client-facing skillsPreferred Skills:
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Supply Chain related to Customer Service operationsResponsibilities:
Communicate company products and policies effectively Handle budgets, reports, and conduct weekly/monthly meetingsPay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
