**Our client, a global leader in manufacturing and innovative technology solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to join their team as a direct hire.** In this role, you will support both the Customer Support and Order Management teams, helping to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for customers worldwide. The ideal candidate excels in communication, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and brings a proactive, solution-oriented approach to every interaction.
**Job Title: Manufacturing Customer Service Representative**
**Location:** Fort Lauderdale, FL
**Pay Range:** $28–$30/hr.
**Shift** : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
**What’s the Job?**
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
· Provide accurate and timely product and service information.
· Monitor customer interactions to ensure prompt handling and proper documentation.
· Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently.
· Review customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve service quality.
**What’s Needed?**
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field — REQUIRED
· Proven experience in a customer service or support role
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service delivery
