Purpose of the Role:
The Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible for implementing, supervising, and coordinating all production-related activities at the Saudi site.
He/She ensures compliance of assembly, testing, and quality control processes for CROSSCALL products transferred from the Group’s facilities in France and China.
The position acts as the operational interface between local teams, Group experts, and industrial partners to guarantee performance, quality, and production traceability.


Main Responsibilities: Industrial Transfer Coordination
- Participate in planning and execution of assembly and testing line transfers from existing sites.
- Supervise installation, qualification, and start-up of industrial equipment.
- Verify compliance of local infrastructure (power, environment, safety, tooling).
- Ensure up-to-date availability of technical and production documentation.   Production Operations Management
- Coordinate daily activities in assembly, testing, and quality control areas.
- Plan and monitor production against volume, timing, and quality targets.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Guarantee traceability of components, batches, and test results.   Process Standardization and Documentation
- Write and update manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality checklists.
- Train operators and technicians to Group manufacturing standards.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in assembly, ESD protection, calibration, and safety.   Quality Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
- Collect, analyze, and report key performance indicators (scrap rate, yield, cycle time).
- Implement continuous improvement plans (5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).
- Work closely with Quality teams on non-conformity and field feedback management.
- Ensure compliance with internal and local standards.   Technical Interface and International Coordination
- Act as the operational link between the Saudi site, R&D teams in France, and Asian partners.
- Participate in technical coordination meetings and project reviews.
- Support knowledge transfer and experience sharing between sites.
- Contribute to developing technical skills within the local teams.   Safety, Environment, and Compliance
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
- Support industrial facilities in achieving compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to internal and external audit preparation and follow-up.
  Profile: Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in Industrial Production, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrialization.   Experience: Up to 10 years of experience in production, industrialization, or technical coordination (preferably in electronics or complex assembly).
 Experience in multicultural or industrial transfer environments is an advantage. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of assembly processes, electronic testing, and industrial tooling.
 Proficiency in Lean, 5S, FMEA, and Kaizen methodologies.
 Experience with production monitoring and traceability systems (MES, ERP).
 Understanding of quality standards (IP-610).
 Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical schematics.
