Manufacturing Coordinator
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** •Evaluates and coordinates the safety, quality and productivity of all people under his responsibility. •Continuously monitor his/her staff and the process to ensure a work meeting the quality requirements, based also on critical processes audits results as well as the identification, analysis, record and disposition of nonconforming material with the support of engineering and group leaders. **Who You Are:** + You balance planning with actions. You work effectively and efficiently on your own, while also collaborate and network well with a large organization and team. **For This Role, You Will Need:** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Related **English:** Desirable advanced (C1) English. •5 Years as Manufacturing Supervisor or relative position **Manager in:** •Overseeing, coaching, training and developing employees •Preferably in a high mix and low volume production system •Production planning and results management •Lean manufacturing •Leading the implementation of product improvements •Statistical Process Control •Proficiency in MS Office **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** •Experience working with staff globally • Schedule flexibility and traveling availability (USA- Visa). **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** + At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
