We're hiring Manufacturing Associates in Mayville, WI for an organization that will train individuals who bring reliable attendance and a consistent work history. No specific manufacturing experience is required.

This team builds industry-leading OEM and SCAG products right here in Wisconsin and is looking for people who want steady, long-term work.

Build and assemble mechanical and electrical components using work instructionsRead and follow blueprints and diagramsMeasure, inspect, and verify quality to meet specificationsTroubleshoot and adjust components as neededMaintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area

Consistent work history (typically 1+ year in previous roles)High school diploma or equivalentWillingness to learn and follow instructionsReliable attendance and a team-first attitudeManufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
