**Job Title: Manufacturing Associate**
**Job Description**
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products. You will be responsible for trimming excess rubber, inspecting parts for defects, and applying glue to parts using small brushes. Additionally, you will be involved in the molding process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Trim excess rubber from products.
+ Inspect parts to identify and correct defects.
+ Apply glue to groves in parts using small brushes.
+ Participate in the molding process.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with small parts and general production processes.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools.
+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to operate machinery.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
**Work Environment**
This position is based in a large open manufacturing setting that prioritizes safety and cleanliness. The facility includes a machine shop, molding and bonding areas, and a warehouse. Employees are distributed across three shifts with 67 people on the first, 40 on the second, and 5 on the third shift.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
