To be considered for the Manufacturing Associate position, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

HS diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all work instructions and training.

Ability to frequently lift up to 30lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will:

Operate and monitor copper plating process.

Inspect product for plating quality.

Perform checks and basic maintenance of plating baths.

Record process data in production logs.

Follow workplace safety and chemical handling procedures.

Be able to read customer drawings, prints and specification.

Communicate daily with team leads and supervisor on quality issues.

Create/update documentation such as SOPs, checklists, forms, and work instructions

Ensure compliance to AS9100/ISO, IPC, Military, Space requirements

Galax, VA $15.89–$20.00 Hourly
