Our products include retractable awnings, sunrooms, decking, and railings. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This role involves hands-on work fabricating and assembling a variety of custom products, including retractable awnings, sunroom components, doors, and windows. What You'll Do: + Measure, cut, and assemble materials including aluminum, fabric, and glass. + Operate hand and power tools to build product components. + Install hardware and fittings for awnings, windows, and doors. + Follow production schedules and work orders accurately. + Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. + Assist with loading and staging of materials for delivery or installation. + Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures. What You Bring: + Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication preferred. + Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. + Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or technical drawings. + Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. + Forklift or OSHA certification is a plus.
