Perform assigned manufacturing tasks for reagents and buffers as assigned by the Supervisor/LeadPerform troubleshooting on formulations, filling processes, packaging, analytical techniquesConduct Quality Control procedures for consumablesPerform data collection and analysisPerform work order processing to complete products to inventoryExecute and improve batch records and SOPsIdentify gaps and weaknesses in the SOPs and formulations for finished goods and component materialsMaintain a correct inventory of materials through cycle counts, ordering and receipt of materialsOperate in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting prioritiesWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team with other scientists, engineers, and manufacturing personnel to support R&D and process improvement activities to meet production goalsAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with SOPs, BRs, WIsHands-on experience with pH, conductivity meter, UV-vis, and other standard lab equipmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as on teams, highly organized and flexibleDetail-oriented with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills (Excel, Word, Confluence, web-based or similar programs)Experience with developing and updating BOMs is preferredExperience with formulation, fill, packaging, and chromatography in a laboratory setting is preferredRequirements: A Bachelor of Science degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology, or other related life science discipline preferred, with 0-2 years of relevant experience in consumable manufacturing (an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered)
This is a third shift position - it will train on 2nd shift and eventually move to over nights.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
