This role supports production goals by operating machining equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all parts meet engineering specifications.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC and manual machining equipment used for gear cutting, hobbing, shaping, grinding, and millingManufacture gears and components according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standardsInspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify accuracy and tolerancesFollow safety procedures, lean manufacturing practices, and housekeeping standards

Education: High School/GED

Experience: 6 months
