Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Small Parts Assembler to join our production team. This position involves assembling electrical and mechanical components with precision, consistency, and a strong commitment to quality. Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble small electrical or mechanical components according to specificationsUse hand tools, fixtures, and basic equipment to complete assembly tasksInspect parts for accuracy, defects, and proper alignmentFollow written instructions, diagrams, and production guidelinesMaintain a clean, organized work areaMeet daily production goals while upholding quality standardsWork safely and follow all workplace proceduresQualificationsPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to follow written instructions and technical diagramsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environmentAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksReliable attendance and punctualityWhat We Offer$17.75/hr starting payRaise to $18–$21/hr after 90‑day training periodFull benefits package and 401(k)Stable, full‑time scheduleOpportunities for skill development and advancementSupportive team environment

Pay and Benefits
