**What You’ll Do**
+ Build structural components **indoors and out of the weather**
+ Work with a team of **3–4 assemblers** to frame wall panels or trusses
+ Use a variety of tools including **hand tools, power tools, table saws, and nail guns**
+ Read tape measures down to **⅛-inch accuracy**
+ Lift materials up to **75 lbs** occasionally throughout your shift
+ Contribute to a productive environment with consistent weekly hours
**What Makes You a Strong Fit**
+ Able to accurately read a tape measure
+ Comfortable using **hand and power tools**
+ Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
+ Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs as needed
**Preferred Experience (Not Required)**
+ 1+ year of framing, construction, or carpentry experience
+ Experience with table saws, nail guns, or building components
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome—translation available for training & daily support

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
