Job Description

Main Objective:

Responsible for guaranteeing the efficient and effective operation of their assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and delivery tergets.

What challenges will you have?

Manage, mentor, and develop their team members through training, performance feedback, and recognition programs.Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety and environmental regulations to ensure employee well-being and sustainable operations..Manage and optimize departmental budget allocation for cost-effective operations.Secure resources to streamline production processes, reducing costs, waste, and downtime.Ensure production plans are executed to meet customer delivery deadlines and demand forecasts.Lead new product introductions (NPI) and projects within the manufacturing area.Drive the implementation of quality assurance processes, maintaining strict compliance with product requirements

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

At least 5 years of related experienceAdvance English Level is requiredExperience leading teams is essential

Technical Knowledge

Demonstrate experience on Core Tools and IATF (certificates will be required)Advance knowledge on Problem Solving and Manufacturing Systems
