What will you do?• Analyze, optimize, and digitalize administrative and operational processes within the prefab department.• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements related to performance tracking, planning, order management, CNC programming.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, planning, finance, warehouse, external suppliers and MD, to develop and implement digital solutions.• Utilize data analytics and process mapping tools to monitor performance and elaborate visualization dashboards.• Implement industry trends in manufacturing digitalization and business excellence to be applied in the sheet metal department.
What will you need to succeed?• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Knime, Tableau).• Knowledge of SAP (PP module).• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.• Experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry.• Utilization of lean manufacturing concepts.• Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or business excellence within a manufacturing environment.
