What will you do?• Analyze, optimize, and digitalize administrative and operational processes within the prefab department.• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements related to performance tracking, planning, order management, cnc programming.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, planning, finance, warehouse, external suppliers and MD, to develop and implement digital solutions.• Lead and manage business excellence initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational waste.• Utilize data analytics and process mapping tools to monitor performance and ellaborate visualization dashboards.• Implement industry trends in manufacturing digitalization and business excellence to be applied in the sheet metal department.• Standarize and automate data sharing with external suppliers.
What will you need to succeed?• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Knime, Tableau) and process automation software (e.g., PowerApps, Mendix).• Familiarity with SAP, SieOps• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.• Experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry.• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is preferred.• Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or business excellence within a manufacturing environment.
