Skills and Requirements - 5–6 years of professional manual QA experience, primarily on web-based products - Proven experience testing UX/UI-heavy web pages - Strong working knowledge of Figma for: Design validation, color comparison and contrast checking, and reviewing components, tokens, and layouts. - Hands-on experience with accessibility testing and WCAG standards - Experience validating web analytics and tracking implementations - Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE) - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries - Experience testing CMS-driven or experiment-driven websites - Exposure to A/B testing platforms and conversion optimization - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
