Manpower Specialist (Manufacturing Finance)

The Manufacturing Finance Manpower Specialist is responsible for performing actuals reporting, forecasting and budgeting related to North America Manufacturing manpower. You will have the opportunity to develop your unique skills, innovate, and take on expanded roles to capitalize on your potential while gaining regional exposure.

 

This position is responsible for:

 

· Monthly actuals reporting and forecasting related to North America Manufacturing manpower

· Performing variance analysis and working with Manufacturing operations teams to understand key drivers of period-to-period changes

· Developing manpower presentation materials for leadership reviews

· Building short-term and long-term manpower forecasts and budgets by working with Manufacturing operations teams

· Updating Supplemental Unemployment Benefits accruals monthly with accounting team

· Calculating manpower expenses according to contractual agreements, state, and federal regulations

· Supporting ad hoc assignments where necessary

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related degree 3+ years of finance or accounting experience post-graduation A general understanding of core Finance or Accounting principles Willingness to grow and develop a career in Manufacturing Finance The ability to learn how to budget, forecast, and report actuals through the monthly close process Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suites

 

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent 1 year of experience in a manufacturing finance or human resources environment
