Manpower Planning Specialist - Airline Demand

The Manpower Planning Specialist - Airline Demand ensures accurate manpower planning by building and adjusting demand plans and slip patterns. They align plans with operational needs, (re)budget timelines, and dynamic changes from Aviation Planning while maintaining up-to-date IT tools, they decide on the different scenarios to test and make decisions with large cost and resource implications.

Whilst Airline Industry experience would be highly desirable, we would also welcome applications from Manpower Planners, Resource Planners, Supply Chain and Demand or Logistics Specialists from wider industries as this experience could lend itself well to these specialised roles. Required Airline specifc training would be provided, so this could be a fantastic opportunity to move into this exciting industry.

We are happy to consider this opportunity on a hybrid working model with an average of 2 days per week in the office/or in line with local office attendance requirements (whichever is higher). International travel should be expected a couple of days per month.

APPLICATIONS CLOSE 8 February 2026
