Overview The Sales Enablement Manager leads the local business pursuit strategy, overseeing the development and execution of sales enablement activities. This role provides strategic leadership, manages team resources, and drives continuous improvement of materials and processes while mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
• Leads and oversees proposal strategy execution by directing the creation of customized, quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals
• Manages a team responsible for creation and maintenance of pursuit-related data.
Directs analysis on gathered data and ensures delivery of strategic insights and summaries relevant to potential clients and industries
• Develops and implements go-to-market strategies using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and strengthen the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
• Facilitates and leads internal debriefs and post-pursuit analysis sessions
• Manages complex pursuits from start to finish, including deals over 50,000 SF. Leads kickoff calls, establishes timelines and coordinates rehearsals
• Supervises and mentors business development associates and coordinates with senior leadership on strategic pursuits
• Serves as a multi-business line expert across tenant rep, industrial, agency, property management and retail, providing guidance to team members
• Leads team efficiency initiatives through strategic organization and knowledge management
Coordinates work with design, technology and research teams and identifies when to engage subject matter expertsEducation and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
• 5 – 8 years of related experience, with real estate experience required
• 2+ years of management or team leadership experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Advanced project management skills and expert knowledge of graphic design, digital and print production
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Adobe Platform (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Technologically savvy with ability to evaluate and implement new tools
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong leadership and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Deep understanding of and commitment to client service
• Team management and mentoring capabilities
• Strategic thinking and business development acumen
