Job Description

For our dynamic team in Talent Management, Organizational Development & Learning (TMOD & L), we are looking for a mandatory intern (m/f/d) starting September 1st, 2026, for a duration of up to six months. In this role, you will actively support exciting topics in an international environment at our corporate headquarters in Hanover, e.g.:

Contribute to projects related to TMOD & LHelp design training initiatives and learning formats – from initial brainstorming through concept development to deliverySupport the development and implementation of development programs for employees and leadersPrepare presentations and content in a clear and structured way for different target groupsAssist with organizational and conceptual tasks in daily operationsCollaborate with internal partners in an international environment

QualificationsYou are planning your mandatory internship as part of your studies (Bachelor or Master)You have a strong interest in people, their talents, learning and collaboration within organizationsYou approach new topics with openness, curiosity and a strong willingness to learnYou are able to structure and present content in a clear and understandable wayYou work independently, are well organized and enjoy contributing your own ideasYou communicate clearly and adapt your style to different audiences – in both German and EnglishYou are confident in using Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and Copilot
