Job Description

Manufacturing Technology Engineering Tires (MTE Tires) at our Hannover-Stöcken location is responsible for tire construction technology worldwide. We develop new manufacturing technologies, supervise ongoing production across all manufacturing steps, and support as well as optimize boundary conditions together with logistics and IT to ensure efficient, high-quality production in our factories.

A key enabler for optimal technology is strong communication between plants and central functions such as Quality, Manufacturing, Research & Development, as well as MTE Tires as the central and coordinating element.

Digital Manufacturing Technology at Hannover-Stöcken focuses on developing, standardizing, and implementing competitive IT interface solutions across all production technology areas of global Tire Manufacturing.

Within this dynamic environment, we are offering a mandatory internship position starting in August 2026. For the best learning experience, the internship should have a duration of 6 months. A combination of voluntary and mandatory internships is feasible, with the mandatory part lasting at least 12 weeks.

Your tasks will be: 

Support with the implementation of Cybersecurity community worldwideSupport on delivering the contents in our Connext communityDevelop Power BI reports for Cybersecurity KPIsDevelop Cybersecurity Office reportsSupport with scripts in getting data from our current toolsSupport the creation of technology community in Teams, Connext and associated SharepointsHelp with the marketing concept for the communitySupport the startup phase of the Technology CommunityHelp with the associated community callsAssisting in the preparation of related internal international eventsOptimization of communication in the technology community

QualificationsOngoing studies in Computer Science, IT Security, Engineering, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of Operating SystemsFirst experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)Understanding of networking and security controlsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 environmentExperience with SharePoint, Teams, or Power BI is a plusFluent in English (written and spoken)Structured and analytical working styleGood communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
