Job Description

In the Business Process Management Office for Supply Chain Management, we design and implement business processes along the supply chain (customer, production plant, vendor). As part of our international team, you will gain an in-depth understanding of related processes and project management tools and methods.

During your internship you will assist with process visualization using the BPML 2.0 process modelling language and process modelling tools (Signavio).You will prepare regular meetings and take minutes of various meetings.Additionally, you will also support process activities in S4 Hana, MES systems, umbrella tools and Celonis, as well as project management using tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Power BI.Finally, you will contribute with AI to the documentation of the current process work for the target group in the business areas.

QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Business Mining, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or comparableExperience and Knowledge: in supply chain management and business digital transformation; confident use of MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI toolsPersonality and Working Practice: you are well organized, able to work independently and grasp new things quickly; you communicate openly, approach colleagues from different cultures easily and are keen on changing perspective and find common groundEnthusiasm: for new tools and agile software developmentLanguages: fluent in German and English
