Required Qualifications
Internally nominated or externally recruited Less than 3 years of post-graduate work experience Include both internal and external experiences Exclude internships Recent Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree or above Proficient in English (and local language if required)
Career Path
Upon graduation, MTs will become Assistant Managers (level 4), they are also eligible for internal mobility across properties MT graduates are eligible to apply for the Global Future Leader (GFL) Program — a 15-month development program based at the Global Corporate Office to continue their growth at the corporate level.
