We are seeking a Managing Veterinarian to lead our 3-doctor small-animal practice, partnering closely with hospital leadership to support medical excellence, team development, and practice growth.

Advance Medical CareProvide oversight of medical and surgical cases, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client communicationEstablish and maintain medical protocols and standards of careSupport case continuity between doctorsManage medical inventory, minimize waste, and control costsLead & Develop the TeamMentor associate veterinarians and support new graduate developmentParticipate in recruiting, interviewing, and performance managementSupport technician training, appraisals, and medical counselingPartner with the Hospital Manager on training programs, CE tracking, and licensureDrive Financial & Practice GrowthMonitor key financial and performance metricsAssist with annual planning, operating, and capital budgetsEncourage patient visits, client compliance, and community involvementEmbrace innovation and support hospital and NVA growth initiatives
