North Branch Veterinary Hospital, just 30 minutes north of St. Paul, MN, is looking for a Managing Veterinarian to lead our well-established and well-equipped small animal practice. This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role.

Compensation & Benefits:

Your Leadership Responsibilities:

Guide medical protocols, ensuring consistent, high-quality care Support associate veterinarians through mentorship and case oversight Partner with the Hospital Manager on operations, staff development, and financial performance Participate in hiring, onboarding, and supporting DVMs and staff Foster a positive, team-oriented, and compliant work environment
