My Pet’s Veterinary Center is a progressive, AAHA-accredited practice, and our top priority is to offer the highest quality medicine in a compassionate and customer-friendly environment. We are seeking a Managing Veterinarian to join our team of dedicated veterinarians.
My Pet’s is in beautiful Hainesport, New Jersey. In Hainesport, you get the best of both worlds. There is close access to parks and outdoor activities, and only a short drive to the beautiful beaches of the Jersey shore, Philadelphia, and NYC. Hainesport is an ideal place to live, giving you that small-town feel, while not being far from more metropolitan areas.
The Opportunity:
As the Managing Veterinarian, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary medicine and seeing the furry faces that make your day. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, ensure we follow all the rules, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization. Your Qualifications:
• Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program and have an active license • Unwavering commitment to practicing world-class veterinary medicine • Skillful ability to delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team • Top-notch communication and coaching talents
Compensation • Base salary of $130,000-$175,000 (dependent on experience) • Production-based bonuses • Sign-on and retention bonuses • Relocating MDVM’s receive $20,000 or more towards stress-free relocation assistance with our corporate relocation partner*
