Montville Veterinary Group, located in an affluent suburb located forty minutes outside of NYC is seeking an experienced Managing Veterinarian to complete our team and continue our mission of providing comprehensive and progressive veterinary care available in a fun, collaborative environment.  Our hospital is a newly constructed and well-equipped facility.  Our support staff is comprised of exceptionally skilled certified veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants all dedicated to providing the highest levels of care.

The Opportunity:

 As the Managing Veterinarian, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary medicine and seeing the furry faces that make your day. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, ensure we follow all the rules, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization.

 Your Qualifications:

Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program and have an active license  Unwavering commitment to practicing world-class veterinary medicine   Skillful ability to delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team  Top-notch communication and coaching talents  CompensationBase salary of $130,000-$175,000 (dependent on experience)Production-based bonusesSign-on and retention bonusesRelocating MDVMs receive $20,000 or more towards stress-free relocation assistance with our corporate relocation partner*
