What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire a talented, compassionate team of veterinary professionals. Partner with our experienced hospital manager to oversee operations and implement new initiatives. Mentor veterinarians and support staff while fostering a positive, collaborative culture. Continue delivering the exceptional, relationship-based care our clients have trusted since 1971.

What We’re Looking For

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution Active (or easily transferable) Maryland veterinary license Strong leadership and mentorship skills A team-focused, growth-minded approach to veterinary care
