The Creative Tech Group (CTG) is a team of innovative producers. Our mission is to explore emerging technologies (both internal and external) and create prototypes that demonstrate the future potential of Marcom's presence on new platforms. We focus on areas like spatial experiences, real-time 3D, and Artificial Intelligence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking ideas to life.
**Description**
The Senior Managing Producer is instrumental in shaping the vision for the CTG. This role leads the development of a comprehensive roadmap that strategically balances exploratory applied R&D with targeted solutions that offer near-term market potential and align with the broader vision for Marcom and Apple.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate closely with CTG (Creative Technology Group) and Marcom (Marketing Communications) leadership to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and innovative solutions relevant to Apple's marketing vision.
+ Oversee the creative development and execution of proof-of-concept prototypes, ensuring alignment with the broader Marcom strategy and Apple's overall objectives.
+ Directly manage the CTG producer team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
+ Prioritize CTG workload in collaboration with Marcom partners to effectively support overall Marcom goals.
+ Manage multiple complex projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across diverse work streams. Ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
+ Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies into Marcom's business operations.
+ Oversee a wide range of project types, including transformative long-term strategic initiatives, the introduction of new features, optimizations to current experiences, and targeted research and development explorations.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 10+years of experience in digital project management and business leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing teams in an agile or incubator environment.
+ Expertise in managing fast-paced digital projects, from conception to launch, with a focus on using new technologies like real-time 3D or AI to improve business results and create a better customer experience.
+ Deep experience in connecting and development of digital experiences across emerging platforms, and in-depth knowledge of the latest advancements and technology.
+ A history of success leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing agile or incubator teams focused on innovation and rapid prototyping.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and proactively define and implement new processes to support evolving workflows.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey high-level concepts and business strategy to individuals and large groups.
+ Experience translating business strategy into actionable plans for project teams and advocating for optimal solutions, even when challenging.
+ A highly collaborative approach with a track record of working effectively with producers, agency teams, and cross-functional partners to achieve project success.
+ Strong project management skills, including the ability to identify critical paths, dependencies, and proactively drive projects forward to ensure high-quality execution and implementation.
+ A deep curiosity and understanding of emerging technologies and user experience (UX) principles.
+ Skilled at communicating a strategic roadmap in a way that inspires and motivates a diverse team of producers, creative technologists, and creatives.
**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $229,300 and $344,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
