What you’ll do 

マネージングパートナーは、ガートナーコンサルティングのクライアントと良好な信頼関係を築いていく重要な役割を担います。テクノロジーがいかに様々なビジネス領域の成果を実現させるのか紹介し、最高レベルの戦略的な視点から、大局的かつ戦術的な問題においてクライアントへ提言します。エキスパート・パートナーやその他のメンバーと協力し、クライアントに最適なソリューションを提供します。

デジタル戦略コンサルティング事業部 通信・メディア・ハイテクチームでは、通信・メディア・ハイテク業界（家電・総合電機メーカ・電子・情報関連産業（先端エレクトロニクス領域）、デバイス・装置メーカを含む幅広い半導体業界等)のお客様にデジタル/ITの上流戦略コンサルティングを提供しております。

Cレベルのエグゼクティブや主要なステークホルダーの意思決定に寄与し、より価値の高いビジネス成果の実現を支援します。

入社後の想定業務(一例)

先端エレクトロニクス・半導体・テクノロジー・メディア・通信などのお客様に全社規模でデジタル・ITが関与する戦略立案の支援や、IT部門・CIOが携わる事業戦略検討支援などを行う。

What you’ll need

準学士以上の学位 

ビジネスレベルの日本語力は必須 

読み書きレベルの英語力

先端エレクトロニクス・半導体・テクノロジー・メディア・通信いずれか、あるいは複数業界に対するデジタル戦略・ITコンサルティングのご経験

プロジェクトデリバリーおよび営業担当としてコンサルティング会社で従事したご経験

ソリューション/テクニカルアーキテクトやアナリストのような問題解決能力の求められる業務経験

多数のITソリューションと複数のクライアントを担当したご経験

テクノロジーを活用して企業または政府系機関のミッションクリティカルな優先事項を推進するために、メンバーを導き高いパフォーマンスを発揮できるチーム作りを一貫して行ってきたご経験

技術系・非技術系の出身に関わらず、共通の目標に向かってプロフェッショナルを鼓舞し、モチベーションを高めることができる能力

チームの成功に対する揺るぎないコミットメントと、必要に応じて建設的/是正にむけたアクションを授受できる姿勢

知的好奇心があり、クライアントの問題を解決するためのソリューションと戦略の創造的な開発を支援する能力

ガートナーのフレームワークと方法論を適応させ、クライアントの最も緊急なビジネス課題の核心に触れることが出来る

·        ハンズオンで、複数のクライアントの優先順位を同時並行で管理する能力
