We are seeking a seasoned civil engineering professional with over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and capable of leading teams, managing projects, and maintaining strong client relationships. ResponsibilitiesManage project budgets, schedules, and client expectations.Maintain and grow client relationships; identify new business opportunities.Ensure high-quality project delivery and team performance.Essential SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.10+ years of relevant design and management experience.California PE License.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Experience with MS Office Suite.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $76.92 - $88.94/hr.
