You are an energetic leader that drives the team of regional sales managers and sales representatives across a specific discipline or geography to deliver and exceed on performance targets. You will align with the sales and core strategy to maximize revenues, volume and share growth for core and local categories. Through coaching and guidance, you enable the senior sales team to build capability.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to take on the role of Managing Director for Portugal, leading the growth agenda of our Sales organization and shaping the next chapter of Mondelez in the market.
As Managing Director, you will drive the business forward, represent Mondelez with key internal and external stakeholders, and play a critical role in building a strong commercial organization and culture in Portugal. You will work closely with the Iberia and Cluster leadership teams, collaborating across functions to unlock the full potential of the business and our people.

As Managing Director, you will lead the market with a clear ambition: drive growth, build a winning organization and strengthen Mondelez’s presence in Portugal.
